Hope this post finds you well. Just wanted to check in and give you an update.

As I continue on my journey to work on healing my arthritis through food, I realized that there was a disconnect in the way I was presenting my site. The importance of anti-inflammatory foods in managing arthritis is such an integral part of the healing. So I did a little housekeeping.

Firstly, I’ve simplified the site a little more. You can now use the drop down menus and find foods under 2 categories- comfort foods and anti-inflammatory foods. Don’t worry, the recipes are still the same and new content will be added regularly.

Secondly, you may have noticed the change in the url. My site is now officially https://deepaswellnessjourney.com!!! Yay!! So that should make it easier for you to find and follow my blog.
