“Can we have this again tomorrow mom?”.. that’s what my 10 year old said to me. He then went on to ask for seconds! And it really is – not only delicious but so easy to make!! Don’t believe me, try it for yourself.
So let’s talk about the health benefits of grass fed ground beef. There is a lot of information on Dr. Axe’s website. According to a study at California State University’s College of Agriculture, grass-fed beef nutrition includes significantly more omega-3 fatty acids and more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) than grain-fed beef. Grass-fed beef, one of the best protein foods around, is also higher in precursors for vitamin A and E and cancer-fighting antioxidants compared to grain-fed beef.
