Woot! Woot! It’s almost Super Bowl Sunday! So my favorite team didn’t make it but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to be partaking in the madnesses! The food, the energy… bring it! I know what I’m cooking, but are you ready?
It’s so easy to go to comfort foods on game day but that’s not necessary. I mean yes there’s no beating a giant plate of nachos but the whole menu doesn’t need to be so unhealthy. Here are a few of my favorite healthy but still comfort go-to recipes. And did I forget to say that these are perfect for a big crowd? So here’s to a great game day!
