• And it’s fish again or should I say cod again! Loved this recipe… so delicious and soooo easy. We had this with rice pilaf along with my recipe for asparagus. Kids loved it so much that they wanted me to make it again the next day!
  • The fresh parsley makes all the difference in this recipe. The health benefits of parsley include controlling cancer, diabetes, and rheumatoid arthritis, along with helping prevent osteoporosis. Furthermore, it acts as a pain reliever with anti-inflammatory properties. It also provides relief from gastrointestinal issues such as indigestion, stomach cramps, bloating, and nausea, while helping to strengthen the immune system.
