Welcome! This is my collection of recipes as I try to navigate the world of motherhood and healthy eating all while being acutely aware of my limited cooking skills. I’ve taught myself a lot about cooking and often find myself going back to some easy and quick recipes… sometimes much too often! So I decided that I’m going to put together a collection which would have healthy recipes (and some comfort foods, of course!) that don’t take too long to make.
