This is my collection of recipes as I try to navigate the world of motherhood and healthy eating all while being acutely aware of my limited cooking skills. I’ve taught myself a lot about cooking and often find myself going back to some easy and quick recipes… sometimes much too often! So I decided that I’m going to put together a collection which would have healthy recipes that don’t take too long to make. I mean living in NYC… I don’t really want to spend all my time in the kitchen!
